Exhibitors application process.
Every build is reviewed individually by our team. Due to the limited number of spots (1000 cars total), some applications may remain on hold while we finalize the line-up.
If you haven’t received a reply, don’t worry — your application has been seen and is being reviewed. There’s no need to send multiple messages; every build matters, and every submission is checked carefully.
Everything you need to know
Vehicle setup will take place on Sunday, 2 August, between 9:00 a.m. and 12:30 p.m.
⚠️ After 12:30 p.m., access to the exhibition area will no longer be possible. For indoor spots, selection will be made exclusively from cars that have secured their place.
Owners of the selected vehicles will be contacted privately with all relevant information.
