Short version: we collect what we need to sell you a ticket, let you in, and keep you posted on our events. We do not sell your data.

01 · Who is responsible

02 · What we collect

• When you buy a ticket or a product: first name, last name, email address, country, order details and payment status. Card and bank details are handled by our payment providers, never stored by us.
• When you apply as exhibitor or media: name, email, phone, Instagram account, car details, portfolio links and the answers you give in the form.
• When you subscribe: your email address and, if you give it, your first name.
• When you browse: technical data (IP address, device, pages visited) through cookies, see our cookie policy.

03 · Why we use it

• To process your order, issue your e-ticket and scan it at the door (contract).
• To answer your questions and manage exhibitor and media applications (contract / legitimate interest).
• To send you Risenation event updates by email. Every buyer is subscribed; you can unsubscribe at any time from the link in each email (legitimate interest, existing customer relationship).
• To measure our website and advertising, and show our ads to people who visited the site (consent, via cookies).
• To keep accounting records as required by Belgian law (legal obligation).

04 · Who we share it with

Only service providers that help us run the show, bound by their own data agreements: Stripe and PayPal (payments), WooCommerce and Tickera (shop and tickets, hosted on our website), Mailchimp (emails), Tally and Fluent Forms (application forms), Meta and Google (ads and analytics, only with your cookie consent). Some of these providers process data outside the EU under standard contractual clauses.

05 · How long we keep it

• Order and ticket data: 7 years (accounting obligation).
• Applications: 2 years after the event.
• Email subscription: until you unsubscribe.
• Cookies: see the cookie policy.

06 · Your rights

You can ask to access, correct, export or delete your data, to limit or object to its use, and to withdraw a consent. Email info@risenation.be; we answer within 30 days. You can also complain to the Belgian Data Protection Authority (autoriteprotectiondonnees.be).

07 · Photos and videos

Our events are filmed and photographed. Images may show you or your car and be used in our content and that of our partners. Write to us to have a specific image removed.
