Exhibitors application process.
Every build is reviewed individually by our team. Due to the limited number of spots (350 cars total), some applications may remain on hold while we finalize the line-up.
If you haven’t received a reply, don’t worry — your application has been seen and is being reviewed. There’s no need to send multiple messages; every build matters, and every submission is checked carefully.
Everything you need to know
Please note that all selected cars must be present for the full event duration. Arrival and setup take place the day before the event — Friday, March 6th, between 5:00 PM and 10:00 PM.
⚠️ No cars will be accepted on Saturday morning.
Cars remain in place for the entire weekend and can only be moved after 6:00 PM on Sunday. To confirm your spot, the purchase of your exhibitor ticket will serve as official registration.
