01 · Who we are

Risenation ASBL (“Risenation”, “we”) organises stance car shows in Belgium and France: Hall of Fame, French Chapter and AllStars. These terms apply to every ticket, pass and product bought on risenation.be and to your presence at our events. By paying, you accept them.

02 · Tickets

• Tickets are sold online only, delivered by email as an e-ticket with a unique QR code. No physical tickets are mailed.
• Each QR code is valid for one entry. Copied, shared or altered tickets are refused at the door.
• Prices follow published price steps (early bird, regular, last call). The price you pay is the price displayed at checkout; a later step increase or decrease is never refunded or charged.
• Crew tickets are sold in packs (minimum 5) and cannot be split into single refunds.
• Tickets are not refundable, but they are transferable: you may give your e-ticket to someone else. The QR code is what counts at the door.
• Children under 12 enter free when accompanied by a ticketed adult, unless stated otherwise on the event page.

03 · Exhibitors and media

Car exhibitor and media pass applications are reviewed by our team. Acceptance is at our sole discretion and is confirmed by email. Exhibitor fees are due at acceptance and follow the refund policy below.

04 · At the event

• Follow the instructions of staff, security and the venue. Burnouts, revving contests, drifting or any dangerous driving on site lead to immediate exclusion without refund.
• You may be asked to show a valid ID with your ticket.
• Alcohol is served to adults only. Drink responsibly; you drive home.
• Photos and videos are taken during our events. By attending, you agree that your image and your car may appear in our content (website, social media, aftermovies, partners). Write to us if you want a specific image removed.
• Risenation is not liable for theft, loss or damage to vehicles, equipment or personal belongings, except in case of proven gross negligence.

05 · Cancellation or postponement

If we cancel an event, you get a full refund of your ticket price. If we postpone, your ticket stays valid for the new date; if you cannot make it, you can ask for a refund within 30 days of the announcement. Force majeure (weather, authorities, venue closure, pandemic) may lead us to reschedule rather than refund; we will always tell you by email first.

06 · Merchandise

Merch orders follow our refund and returns policy and our execution policy.

07 · Your data

We handle your personal data as described in our privacy policy. Every buyer receives Risenation event updates by email; you can unsubscribe at any time with one click.

08 · Law

These terms are governed by Belgian law. In case of dispute, we first try to solve it with you directly. Otherwise the courts of Brabant wallon are competent.
